Essential Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred) or recently graduated
- Open to OJT / internship requirements
- Strong interest in automation and process improvement
- Must have no pending laboratory courses and be able to render full-time hours
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and online tools
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus, but not required
- Available to work full-time, 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday, via Zoom with the camera on

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Recruitment Automation Intern to help us streamline and improve our recruitment processes. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in automation, systems, and operations—not just traditional HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Auto-generating job offer documents
- Streamlining candidate tracking systems
- Reducing manual administrative work in recruitment
- Support in setting up and managing tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier)
- Assist in improving recruitment workflows and internal processes
- Organize and maintain recruitment data and trackers
- Collaborate with the recruitment team on system improvements and efficiency projects

- 256GB Storage space - minimum

- Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
