This role is responsible for assisting with rental reviews, rental increases, arrears management, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day property management activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Australian property management operations, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience using PropertyMe. You will work closely with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient portfolio management and excellent customer service.

You will work closely with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient portfolio management and excellent customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct and process rental reviews and rental increase assessments.
- Monitor rental arrears and follow up with tenants regarding outstanding payments.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage tenant and landlord communications via phone, email, and property management platforms.
- Update and maintain accurate records within PropertyMe.
- Assist with lease administration, renewals, and tenancy-related documentation.
- Follow up on outstanding maintenance works and contractor invoices.
- Support the Property Manager with portfolio administration and day-to-day property management tasks.
- Ensure all documentation and communications are compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support as required.
Key Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in Property Management, Real Estate Administration, Assisting Role or similar.
- Previous experience supporting Australian residential property management is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience using PropertyMe is required.
- Strong understanding of rental reviews, rental increases, arrears management, and maintenance coordination.
- Experience liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Australian real estate agencies or property management companies.
- Knowledge of tenancy processes and property management best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
