About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Valuation Analyst who thrives on both teamwork and autonomy. You’ll work alongside the team leader to support valuation efforts for Australian residential property assets —ensuring every report reflects accuracy, consistency, and strategic impact. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality Comparable Sales Reports (CSA), validating junior analyst outputs, and refining valuation methodologies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and strategic relevance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor junior analysts through review and feedback, providing mentorship and guidance
  • Oversee end-to-end production of CSA reports across multiple residential asset types
  • Conduct advanced desktop comparable analysis aligned with the Australian valuation standards
  • Integrate macroeconomic, demographic, and infrastructure data into valuation frameworks
  • Maintain and enhance internal valuation databases and modeling tools
  • Present valuation findings in clear, strategic formats for internal and client-facing use
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to SOP development across the valuation workflow

Key Skills & Qualities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields 
  • Advanced ability to interpret architectural plans, site layouts, and development specifications
  • Strong technical proficiency in Google Workspace and valuation platforms (e.g., RP Data/CoreLogic, PriceFinder, realestate.com.au, etc.)
  • Professional command of written and spoken English
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to work with remote and cross-functional teams in high-accountability environment
  • Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
  • Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
