About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven AI-Powered Digital Growth Specialist to design, build, and optimise our digital customer acquisition infrastructure. In this role, you will combine traditional growth marketing strategies with cutting-edge AI workflows to scale paid ad campaigns, build high-converting web funnels, and automate marketing pipelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Paid Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across major platforms like Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads to drive high-quality leads.
• Funnel Building & Web Edits: Design, build, and maintain conversion-focused landing pages and multi-step funnels from scratch using modern web tools.
• Marketing Automation: Build, test, and maintain automated lead-capture workflows, email sequences, and CRM integrations to streamline user journeys.
• Web Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular website updates, SEO optimization, and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using GA4 and platform analytics to consistently improve conversion rates.

Key Skills:

• Technical Skill Stack: Mastery of funnel builders (GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, WordPress, or Webflow) and basic HTML/CSS troubleshooting capabilities.
• AI & Automation Proficiency: Practical experience using AI prompt engineering (ChatGPT/Claude) for copy generation and building automated triggers via Zapier or Make.
• Live Funnel Links: Mandatory submission of direct portfolio links to live landing pages or web funnels you have built completely from scratch.
• AI Portfolio Examples: Specific proof of AI-generated campaign copy, prompt frameworks, or AI-optimized audience targeting workflows you have executed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant roles.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and AI tools for growth optimization.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing high-converting funnels and automated marketing solutions.
