About the Role:
Outsourced Pro Global is looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administrative Coordinator will join our high-performing Project Operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting property launches, maintaining accurate sales data, and ensuring top-tier listing quality across our real estate platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Collect, organise, and screen real estate documents such as vendor brochures, flyers, sales materials, and account details to support timely property launches
- Stock Management: Assist in managing and updating property listings on the internal sales portal, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular data checks and QA processes to maintain property listing standards
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain internal tracking reports on listing accuracy, launch timelines, and administrative workflow
- Operational Support: Act as a backup during busy periods, weekends, or when primary staff are unavailable to keep operations running smoothly
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Property Development, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Prior experience in a real estate coordination or administration role is highly regarded
- A self-starter, able to take initiative and handle ad hoc tasks independently
- Consistently delivers high-quality output, including QA checks for up to 200 listings per month with 95%+ accuracy
- Willingness to provide second responder support during peak periods, weekends, or staff absences to ensure continuity
- Comfortable working with onshore stakeholders and external vendors
- Willingness to undergo and pass a background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
- Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
