About the Role
Outsourced Pro Global Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support to join our growing team.
In this role, you will provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues, and help maintain the smooth operation of company systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in IT support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist users via email, chat, phone, or remote support tools
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows and macOS systems
- Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT team members
- Document issues, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system
- Assist in maintaining IT systems, devices, and user accounts
- Support IT projects and system updates as needed
- Help ensure IT policies and security practices are followed
Key Skills & Qualities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Understanding of hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
