About the Role

Outsourced Pro Global Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, assist in troubleshooting basic IT issues, and help maintain the smooth operation of company systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in IT support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Assist users via email, chat, phone, or remote support tools
  • Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows and macOS systems
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to senior IT team members
  • Document issues, solutions, and updates in the ticketing system
  • Assist in maintaining IT systems, devices, and user accounts
  • Support IT projects and system updates as needed
  • Help ensure IT policies and security practices are followed
     

Key Skills & Qualities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Understanding of hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
 
Technical Requirements:
  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8-16GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
