- Service Fee: ₱25,000-₱30,000 PHP per month (depending on experience)

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in trust administration, commission management, or a similar role.
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift.
About the Role
Outsourced Pro Global Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Trust and Commission Officer to join our finance team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and timely management of trust accounts and commissions, upholding financial integrity, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trust Account Management: Administer trust accounts in strict compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Commission Calculations: Calculate and process commissions accurately and efficiently.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on trust account balances, commissions, and financial transactions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with trust regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries regarding trust balances, commission payments, and other financial matters.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline trust and commission processes for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero accounting software or similar platforms.
- Soft Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in trust administration, commission management, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Previous experience in the real estate or property investment industry is a plus.
