- Service Fee: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 PHP per month (depending on experience)
- Location: Remote – Philippines
- Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift (Sydney, Australia Time Zone)

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably focused on employee relations, engagement, or people experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable talking to staff at all levels
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR - Employee Relations to help create an exceptional workplace experience. You will be the go-to partner for our employees, supporting engagement, retention, and smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, or complaints, addressing them promptly and professionally.
- Conflict Resolution: Assist the HR Team Leader in mediating disputes and resolving workplace conflicts in a fair and respectful way.
- Onboarding & Check-Ins:
- Conduct weekly check-ins with new hires to help them integrate into our culture and perform at their best.
- Run 1-month and 3-month check-ins to gauge satisfaction and identify any early challenges.
- Offboarding: Ensure all exiting employees, contractors, and staff are offboarded properly. This includes exit interviews, timely coordination with payroll for final pay, and gathering feedback to improve the employee experience.
- Investigations: Conduct workplace investigations into incidents or allegations of misconduct with discretion and fairness.
- Performance Support: Assist with performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Training & Development: Identify learning needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees, contractors, and interns.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with employment laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Leave & Attendance Management: Monitor leave and attendance, ensuring consistency and compliance across teams.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Fair Work Australia, and compliance standards.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while following through on HR processes.
