- Service Fee: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 PHP per month (depending on experience)

- Job Type: Full-Time | Day Shift (Sydney, Australia Time Zone)

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
- Prior work on qualitative and quantitative research.
- Skills with statistical software are highly desirable.
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
About the Role
As our Research Analyst, you will provide our customers and internal stakeholders with data-driven insights and analyses to support investment decision-making. Collaborate with the broader research team to collect and analyse big data and economic indicators to identify opportunities and risks for real estate investment. Apply effective methods to communicate your complex research topics to external and internal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of real estate databases through regular data collection from primary and secondary sources, database audit, analysis, and interpretation across multiple Australian markets.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities in the real estate market.
- Support the Research team in preparing research reports.
- Prepare and generate in-depth market updates for clients, media, and internal stakeholders.
- Perform feasibility studies on potential projects.
- Assist with the production of capability statements and marketing materials such as proposals, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and reports.
- Assist with all activities of the Research and other departments when required.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Business, Commerce, Property Development, Economics or similar
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
- Prior work on qualitative and quantitative research.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint. Skills with statistical software are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid background in property economics with content-creating competency for marketing purposes.
- Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and flexible as a team member or independently.
- Carry out various tasks to produce research content for reports and marketing material.
- Produce research content within KPIs for timing and accuracy.
