About the Role

The Admin Assistant will supports the day-to-day operations involved in establishing new Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) for MY SMSF. This role focuses on preparing documentation, coordinating requirements with clients and internal teams, and ensuring all setups are processed accurately and efficiently. The assistant works closely with the Setup Team to maintain service quality, compliance, and smooth workflow.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing SMSF establishment documentation and ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
  • Support the end-to-end SMSF setup process by following established procedures and compliance guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required information, identification documents, and signatures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across Google Drive, HubSpot, and Google Sheets.
  • Update and maintain records in the SMSF administration system and document management platforms.
  • Monitor assigned tasks and ensure timelines are met by providing timely follow-ups and updates.
  • Assist the Setup Team in resolving setup queries or issues by gathering relevant information.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders such as accountants, administrators, and the compliance team.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
  • Stay informed about basic SMSF setup requirements and regulatory updates relevant to daily tasks.
