About the Role:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Content Strategist & Scriptwriter to serve as the strategic and narrative engine behind our brand growth, lead generation, and social media presence. In this role, you will take full ownership of our content planning, campaign strategy, and scriptwriting—from mapping out high-level content pillars and editorial calendars to writing viral hooks, high-converting ad copy, and engaging scripts for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, and paid media. You will be the strategic architect: generating strong content ideas, developing scripts and messaging angles, coordinating content workflows with our production team, and reviewing performance analytics to refine our strategy for maximum growth and lead conversion.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute holistic social media content strategies, content pillars, and campaign roadmaps designed to build brand authority and generate qualified leads.
  • Plan, build, and manage a structured content calendar to maintain a consistent, strategic publishing output across all platforms.
  • Align creative messaging and campaign angles across organic channels and paid advertising.
  • Write engaging, high-performing video scripts tailored for YouTube, Reels, TikTok, short-form media, and advertisements.
  • Craft high-converting ad copy, attention-grabbing hooks, compelling headlines, and diverse narrative angles to test across marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate the content production pipeline, collaborating closely with internal creators, editors, and designers to turn scripts and strategies into finished assets.
  • Assist with basic graphic design and light video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut) to assemble quick concepts, draft videos, or support agile publishing when needed.
  • Review standard platform metrics (e.g., YouTube Studio retention graphs, CTR, basic social/ad engagement) to understand what content resonates with the audience.

Key Skills:
  • Exceptional ability to write compelling video scripts, viral hooks, persuasive ad copy, and engaging narrative angles tailored to social media algorithms.
  • Strong capability to generate an ongoing stream of original content ideas, establish distinct content pillars, and make complex topics engaging and digestible.
  • Ability to review basic platform reports (YouTube Studio retention graphs, CTR, Meta/TikTok ad hook performance) and translate numbers into better script and campaign tweaks.
  • Functional proficiency in basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva) to do light video assembly, overlay text/hooks, or mock up quick visual ideas.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills to maintain editorial calendars, brief internal creators, and keep production moving on schedule.
  • Agile mindset that stays up to date on fast-moving social media trends, algorithm updates, and performance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Portfolio or sample works featuring direct links to live channels or active campaigns
  • Preferred: Background or interest in property, real estate, mortgage, or financial news/reporting
