Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination and/or graphic design, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Project Marketing Coordinator (Graphic Designer) to provide support in marketing project launches and campaigns for our real estate developments. The role focuses on preparing property sales collateral, flyers and brochures to ensure that sales teams have accurate and compelling information to support the property sales process.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (ideally with a real estate focus), with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of brand consistency.

 

Key Responsibilities

Project Marketing Support

  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of marketing collateral for new project launches.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, and external suppliers to ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables.
     

Graphic Design & Creative Support

  • Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and digital ads.
  • Ensure all creative outputs follow company branding and project design standards.
  • Support visual content creation for presentations, sales kits, and property displays.
  • Assist in managing photo and video assets related to project marketing.

  • Creative mindset with understanding of branding and visual design principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Must provide an NBI clearance
