Essential Requirement
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content management or a related role, particularly focused on YouTube and/or LinkedIn
  • Strong ability to track performance data, analyze results, and apply strategic actions to improve content outcomes
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent writing and video editing skills.
  • Comfortable to work with Zoom camera on during shift
  • Willing to undergone a background check

About the Role: 

Outsourced Pro Global Ltd seeks a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Content Team Leader to join our dynamic Marketing team. As an Assistant Content Team Leader, you will oversee and manage our team of content creators, ensuring the production of high-quality content that aligns with our marketing strategy and engages our target audience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of content creators, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Content Calendar: Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all content is accurate, informative, and engaging.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze content performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other marketing team members and stakeholders to ensure content alignment and consistency.

Key Skills and Qualities:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  2. Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • Intel i7-13700K, RTX 3060 GPU, 32GB RAM, NVMe SSD
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8-16GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 100+ Mbps - minimum
