Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar data analytics role.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Python, and BI tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
   

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help turn data into meaningful insights that support smarter business decisions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, building dashboards, and simplifying complex information so teams can easily understand and act on it.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions that support key business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data models and reporting solutions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
• Work closely with team members to support data analysis and reporting improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to support data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Present insights and findings to stakeholders to help drive data-informed decision making 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with SQL, data visualisation, and data modelling concepts.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
