  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SOC, incident response, or vulnerability management
  • Experience with tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Tenable, Zscaler, Azure AD, KnowBe4, or similar.
  • Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

About the Role

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support vulnerability management, security monitoring, and incident response across global systems. This role will investigate security alerts, manage vulnerabilities end-to-end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to SOC alerts and escalated security incidents
  • Analyze SIEM, endpoint, network, and log data for threats and anomalies
  • Coordinate patching, remediation, and emergency vulnerability response
  • Maintain vulnerability metrics, reports, and security documentation
  • Investigate phishing and suspicious emails and provide user guidance
  • Support compliance initiatives (PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR)
  • Collaborate with SOC, security engineering, and infrastructure teams
  • Stay current with emerging threats and MITRE ATT&CK TTPs

Key Skills and Qualities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, vulnerability scanning, EDR, and security monitoring tools
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise-cancelling (preferably)
